"My house was hit hard by egg-sized hail in April 2021 so I called 3-4 roofers, including Roger the Roofer, shortly afterwards to assess the damage. Juston Preble with Roger the Roofer was the first to come and by far the most thorough in his inspection. He even used a drone to aerially photograph the roof so that physically getting on the roof wasn’t necessary – both for his own sake (steep slopes) and not causing further roof damage. The photos revealed the hail completely pierced the existing shingles exposing the underlayment in numerous places throughout the entire roof which meant my roof was at imminent risk of leaking. Of course, Juston already had quite a few roof replacements scheduled ahead of me but said he would be willing to call others ahead of me whose roof was not imminently at risk of leakage to see if they would be willing trade places on his schedule. Due to Roger the Roofer’s high rating in Angi, was recommended by my insurance company, and Juston’s very good first impression, I hired Roger the Roofer do my roof repair and gutter replacement. I was not disappointed. Thanks to Juston and his other client agreeing to trade places on his schedule, Juston was able to have my roof replaced the week following my first contact with him. Even though my existing roof didn’t have any turbo exhaust vents, Juston installed 3 of them with no upcharge in spite of not being covered by insurance. While the gutter replacement didn’t happen until some weeks later, that was expected. But similar to the vents upgrade, Juston offered to and did install upgraded gutter downspouts from what I had previously with no upcharge (and also not covered by insurance). Last but not least, once all the work was completed, Juston had someone come pressure wash my driveway to remove the marks the hail made at no extra charge. To say the least, I was very impressed with the quality of work Roger the Roofer did under Juston’s team and his willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely would hire him again (although I hope to not have to) and highly recommend his company."

In fact the advice was so valuable, I did not even consider other roofing companies. When you receive really good advice, you know it is the right option. The crew stripped the roof and replaced it in one day. They came back the next morning to cleanup and did a really nice job. The roof looks great, and the color option suggested was the right choice. The inspector Keith came back later and reviewed everything with me to make sure everything was done correctly. When it came time to do the actual job, Juston and crew were prompt, polite and again fast. They got the job done in under two days. Plus they make sure to not leave anytime for me to clean up. No trash at all, no nails in the law or anything like that. These guys are great. We have a better than new roof and I could not recommend them more. "T Rock is excellent. It is very responsive to calls and Doyle is very nice, professional, and most of all, very honest! It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. I called 3 companies before T Rock Roofing and no one answered. I was so worried and frustrated and decided to try one more. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. Doyle checked the roof and told us that it was damaged by hail and needs to be replaced. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn't replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn't push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can't belive it when he told me that he won't charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can't help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing."

"We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan.
