"We were convinced to have our roof done after the roofing expert inspected our roof and sat us down for his presentation. We appreciated the time spent to explain the project management plan from the delivery of materials to the post-installation inspection. Everyone we met was very professional and the clean up crew did a great job."

"I asked Springfield Roofing to provide a rough order of magnitude cost for a special kind of flat roof to compare against a few quotes I already had. They knew I was not going to hire them, but what service to offer a quick square footage pricing estimate. It was amazing! Thank you!"

"The crew was quick, Ralph did an awesome presentation. We love our new roof, can't wait for siding"

"The service technicians and owner were super helpful and amazing in every way. We had severe damage to our roof trim so to woodpeckers destroying it. They came out right away and replaced the entire trim. Rey quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone as we’ll be using them for projects."

"Fernando and his team were super great. Job was done well and quickly - totally on schedule even with some extra work that was necessary. Crew was responsive and professional. Would 100% hire for future projects."

"We've hired JW for everything from painting to plumbing, carpentry, pressure washing, outdoor and indoor work. The approach where you pay by the hour for all manner of tasks instead of parceling them out to different service companies has worked so well for us! They send the best person for your particular job. And they are consultants too...they will give you ideas on how to correctly complete projects, as well as save money when you can. We like how responsive the office is, how the owner is still involved with the day-to-day, and the quality standard that each technician applies to his or her work. And if anything comes up (as it does with home repairs and life), JW will work with you on it. We've worked with 5 different technicians and 2 different estimators for four different days of work at two different homes. Highly recommended!"

"Roof looks new again. On time and would hire them again for our next cleaning project."

"Darren arrived on time and was extremely polite. Took the time to walk the roof with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. The estimates for the two types of roofing I was considering arrived in my inbox the next day and the pricing for the job was extremely competitive. Very impressed with the service thus far and will be using Lumbee to do the job."

"I would definitely contact William Mackay Roofing again! I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. I was very happy with how streamlined this went, and how pleasant it was to work with William Mackay Roofing."

"He took pictures of the roof areas that needed to be fixed and gave me a fair quote on the spot. He went right to work and was very professional. One suggestion I have is to contact him directly via phone instead of using the Angie's List messaging system. He was very responsive by phone. Thanks Chris for fixing the roof! We'll definitely call you in the future."
