This company was very responsive from the point of getting an estimate to job completion. I got 7 estimates and although they were not the least expensive, they quite close. We choose them because they have a local office in Wilmington as well as a warehouse in Leland. Also,they have been very quick to respond to all of our inquiries regarding cost,product qualities and install dates. All of the employees that we encountered,the office receptionist,salesman,hands-on installers and follow-up managers were cordial, professional and efficient.Upon completion of the install, a quality control manager came to visit to establish a list(punch list)of items that needed attention.
