"So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nir and Alexander from Chimney Sweep Clean for any chimney problem you may have. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!"

"Thought I needed a new throat damper since it would not stay closed. Technician found it was not broken and did not need repair, just lubrication. They use top dampers and do not replace throat dampers, but I would have explored the replacement if necessary. Also got price for refractory panel replacement, which I will need in the future. Technician was prompt, courteous and honest about the needed repairs. I do not need the panel replacement right away since the cracks were small and the fireplace is used very little. I repaired with masonry cement for the short term, but I will call them when needed for the repair. The estimate was not the cheapest. I had it looked at earlier in the year with a chimney cleaning, but honesty sometimes means more than price. I will use them in the future for any cleaning or repair work."

"I had a different company come out previously to do a sweep and inspection. I have a fireplace with a wood stove insert. The first company told me that they could not pull my wood stove out because it was improperly installed and gave me a long list of items that I needed to get fixed (some of which seemed redundant) and that I shouldn't use my chimney until all the work was complete. I didn't get a good feeling from them so I called Complete Chimney to come out and do a second inspection to see what they thought. Scott and Jimmy (I think) came out and one of the first things they did was pull out my wood stove. They inspected my chimney and talked to me realistically about what I should have done. I have an old wood stove that I am not quite ready to replace, and asked if they could fit a new liner to my existing stove. He told me the new wood stoves require a 6 inch liner, where mine was an 8 inch, but told me they could install a boot to adapt to the old wood stove until we are ready for a new one. He was professional and didn't speak down to me. Since the weather was getting cold, I was worried about not getting put on their schedule in time. Scott called the office for me on the spot, and made my appointment for me. Andrew came out to do the work with a helper. They were on time, professional and courteous. I was impressed that Andrew knew the exact work that needed to be done, he even cleaned the shelf behind the stove that the previous company did not do because they never pulled my stove out. Even though they were there for several hours, there was not a speck of soot anywhere, except the workers! Will definitely use them again! <br />"

"We have moved to our house 2 years ago and haven’t had a chimney sweep since because we have used about 3/4 of a cord. We figured it was finally time to do so and called Advanced Chimney andI was able to get an appointment within a week. Upon arrival, they took a look up my chimney and said they will not be taking my money today because our chimney has barely anything in it and there is no cleaning required. We were told we were good for another year. I was surprised and appreciative for the honesty. Afterwards we talked about inserts and the owner went into great detail explaining to me what is included in the price, that the process is and making me understand what works best and why. "I use them regularly for a maitenance agreement for my chimney flue. They were so helpful with this fireplace installation as well. They called and ordered the parts and helped set up a plumber to come assist with the rest of the fireplace installation. They also did an inspection of the old fireplace and repointed the inside and the outside of the fireplace and chimney. Everyone at their main office is always nice and helpful and they make sure to call before they come out for service as a reminder."

"The technicians did a thorough inspection and determined the chimney didn't need cleaning. They explained a repair that was needed and provided an estimate for the repair. I have not done the repair yet as I don't plan to use the fireplace soon. The price is high for an inspection but it was explained ahead of time that if a cleaning is not required you still pay the minimum fee of $150. A detailed inspection certificate was provided. The technicians were friendly and professional."
