We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. "Everything about Dimitri's company is the absolute best. Dimitri and his sons and employees are very knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful and they did a fabulous job with my bathroom. This bathroom had been previously gutted by someone else so everything in there had to be done. New plumbing and electrics had to be installed as well as new tiles on the floor and on the walls. They put in a new shower, toilet and vanity -and now I have the most gorgeous bathroom, I love it. The men always arrived when they said they would; they are very friendly and kind as well as being courteous. This is a family business and Dimitri and his sons all work together, to get the job done. These guys are truly professionals. Dimitri, his sons and family have a wide knowledge of renovations and a wide range of skills. "In October of 2014, Troy, from John Krause Construction, came out to give an estimate for a redesign of my front yard.  Several landscapers had come out before him and given me their estimates.  Troy was the only one who was able to see my vision for the yard and then design a plan to implement what I wanted--for a reasonable price.  In addition to giving me a lovely front yard, his crew also cleaned up the side flower beds and the area around my trees in the back yard.  He was also able to use and reposition several plants that I already had, thus saving me money.  I was very pleased.  Then, over the winter, deer ate four of my plants.  Troy came out to assess the damage and will be replacing those plants, as well as doing spring yard clean up for me.  He is very easy to work with and is willing to spend time offering advice on any aspect of the yard that concerns me.  I highly recommend the company and Troy.
