"Everything went extremely well. I called multiple roofing companies asking for the same service, some did not respond or return my call, others were either too busy and had no availabilities until 2 to 3 wks later and did not commit to any appointment. City Roofing was the only company which answered my call right away and had a maintenance package. Anaiz (repair manager) contacted me in 24 hrs with the quote. From the beginning to the completion of the project and through the changes I made, I was able to easily contact and communicate with Anaiz. She was very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Initially it was going to cost $2800.00 to repair the small garage roof. We changed to silicone coating for the same price. It would take 2 days. When I decided to silicone coat the main roof, the initial quote was $6750.00 for the main roof. Steep but I accepted it and scheduled another 2 days the following week. However, shortly after, Anaiz called with a very nice proposal, they would do both roofs in 3 days giving me a discount on the main roof, which now would cost $5975.00. I think that shows professionalism, fairness and honesty of the company. The technicians were all very punctual, polite and professional. Since we were in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic, they all wore masks when communicating with me. They explained the work well and answered all my questions. The work was done on time very well and clean. A few days after the project was completed, Anaiz followed up with an email and before-and-after photos of the roofs. The owners, Candy and Mario Famada also followed up with an email. This is a much appreciated personable and professional touch."

"Ray - Advantage Roofing was the best choice after getting 5 estimates and meeting with a few other roofers.  Ray was always on-point with all the paperwork/permits/inspections. He kept me informed via phone or in person with all steps throughout the process. The fist day he had a large crew (ON TIME) arrive and strip the old shingles, replace any rotted wood, and tar felt paper.  The inspections went well and a few days later the entire roof was shingled and the property cleaned of any nails and debris. The process was very easy for me as the homeowner.  The crew was great and  I recommend Ray/Advantage Roofing highly!

"I can accurately evaluate Locktight's work compared to my previous experience. 1. Locktight replaced my roof on time, faster than promised when signing the contract. 2. The work was carried out with the utmost respect for the residents of my house , all the decorations in the house, and the driveway. Everything was carefully covered with protective bags and boards, protecting my home. 3. The work began early in the morning and continued without a break until 6 pm. 4. "We choose ASP impact windows and sliding doors over other vendors because their product (SIW) had thicker aluminum and glass than other less expensive products. They were able to make one 'eyebrow' window in one piece due to glass thickness that other vendors would have had to do in two pieces due to size. We just felt that overall ASP's SIW windows offered a little more safety. Our city inspector must have thought the same thing because he commented several times about how strong they were and event wrote down what they were for his own personal needs. I assume he has seen a lot of windows to inspect, so that gave me even more confidence that we made the right decision. We also had hurricane fabric installed for a covered section of our patio to replace an accordion that was being removed for storage outside of patio furniture, gas grill and plants during a storm. The hurricane fabric is so strong and convenient, it folds up and is stored in a bag, sitting in our closet. Chris our ASP sales person was great at explaining and patient while we did our due diligence. It did take a while for manufacturing, but definitely worth the wait. The installers were professional, keeping the areas as clean as possible, We are very happy with our new impact windows and sliding doors. Our house looks great with the new windows (and accordions removed). Would highly recommend."
