"When I initially called, I believe it was Joe that answered and came immediately to review and give estimate. So absolutely no complaints there. The only problem or issue I have is that after spending $1,250 to install zone valves, I still have poor sprinkler lawn coverage. One of their techs did come and provide estimate for repair, but I found the estimate too high and requested that Joe give me a call. He did not, until a couple of weeks later, stating that he was on vacation. No problem. I understand. However, to date, I still have poor lawn coverage.
