"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

Here is the good news I had used this company before for a roof repair and had a very good experience so I had them come out for a price for this project. "My neighbor had a water pipe break which ended up flooding my condo. Eco Magic Environmental responded very quickly and dried out my place with no problems. They were so polite and professional. I loved how they protected my personal items and furniture during the
restoration. Their pricing was the lowest compare to 3 other companies. After my place was dried out, they came back and installed new drywall, baseboards, and wood flooring that had to be replaced because of water damage. "I tried unsuccessfully to find a company to come give me a quote to repair my radius (shaped like a fan) dock. Then I found Eric and his company. His office returned my call that same day and came to see the dock the next morning. The shape of my dock is somewhat irregular so no one seemed to want to touch it but Eric saw that as a challenge and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very clear on what was included in his quote and what might be an additional charge once they pulled up the top boards.
