I have had my gate for 25 years...and over that period of time I have worked with several different gate repair and security companies. Let me just say that not all companies have the expertise they advertise. I chose Security Gate this time because of it's excellent Angie's List reviews. <br /> Mike, the owner, listened to the description of the problem I was having. He was able to send Jake out the next day. Jake was on-time, professional, and was able to isolate and show me the problem within the Service Call time allotment. He ordered the needed control board. <br /> It took a week to get the part and reschedule another service call. Jake returned, replaced the control board and was able to get the system working again. He is a real pro!   <br /> I am impressed that Security Gate did not try to talk me into services I didn't need. They fixed the problem without saying I needed to replace the entire gate arm etc. <br /> I also worked with Diane who is in charge of the office. Her billing and invoicing system works efficiently, and I had my paid-in-full receipts within minutes of processing my invoice. <br /> If I need gate repair again in the future, I would use Security Gate and Access again. <br /> <br />"

"We are so happy with our new custom fence! This was not a "typical" job. It is a small yard that wraps around the back and sides of the house. We needed some areas to have privacy fencing, and some to have a picket with space between the boards, 4 gates, some pieces to connect to existing fencing, and some of the fence to sit on top of a retaining wall. The fence came out beautifully and totally meets our needs. They were very responsive when we needed the estimate and fully designed proposal. They scheduled the work as quickly as possible, and in the timeline we needed. They are highly recommended."

"They did an excellent job on both the repair and the replacement of our garage door opener.  The repair went well (very responsive and came out the next day after I called).  The garage door opener replacement took about 2 hours and all is well so far.  I may add that they were late for both appointments so take this into consideration when you use them.  Perhaps they should add more time between jobs and call if they think they will be late.  We plan to use them again for annual maintenance. <br />"

"Le showed up to on time to provide an estimate for extensive yard cleanup, removal of soil and planters, power washing and tree pruning. His 2 person crew showed up and finished the work in the time estimated and did a thorough job. I also received an estimate for replacing 100+ feet of existing fence and it was an attractive offer that is pending other bids. We are doing the work prior to putting the house on the market and Le also offered reasonable options for paving and landscaping so we will probably utilize his services again."

"The process for getting quotes was fine. The sales person was friendly and showed up for appointments on time. The timeline for getting the gates and posts built was around 8-10 weeks from the time we signed the contract and paid a deposit. They dug the holes for the footings about a month prior to installing the posts and gates, so we had holes in our driveway for a month, it would have been nice if the time between the footings and the installation had been shorter. The person that drew the designs for our gates was awesome. I sent him photos of designs for some gates and fences that I liked. He did a great job of applying the designs to our gate. The frames were built perfectly - so we could add the wood to complete the project. All in all the gates exceeded my expectations. <br />"
