In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. "We purchased it at a special rate of #399.00 for 6 hours of work.  When we found out he only could do 1/4 of the work we asked for a price and it was $600.00 for another 6 hours.  we paid it and found out he had completed the work in 3 hours then left.  he was suppose to return to clean up the weeds he didn't get the first time but went on vacation then by the time he returned new weeds had grown an he said he was not responsible for them.   Anyway we paid him then just walked away from this deal.
