"Although it took a few weeks to get an appointment during this very busy time, good reliable companies are busy right now. But the wait was well worth it. Two professional technicians arrived, first checking the the fireplace and flue from inside the house. Right away I was told good news, it didn’t need a professional cleaning at this time! Then they crawled up on the roof (in 12 degree temperature) to check the brickwork and chimney. They explained that no major repairs were necessary at this time, but they did recommend some improvements that could be done at a later date. I truly appreciated their honesty. I was quoted $120 for a cleaning, and they could have very well went through the motions and cleaned it and I never would have known. Instead, they charged me $60 for an inspection, and the peace of mind I got knowing there were no major problems and I could start burning real wood, was well worth it!"

"They were very punctual and initially they sent two persons out. They inspected the roof, looked at the chimney and the interior where the leak was coming in.   They determined that we needed piece to redirect the water. They set the appointment right away and were out in a couple of days. They only thing I would say was we signed up for an additional plan for roofing maintenance for removing pine cones and needle along with cleaning our gutters. I have not seen them yet."

"I got a quote from Stable Foundations through the phone after Kavie went to look at my house. The quote was competitive with other services I had looked and it did come with lifetime warranty. <br /> The work was performed quickly and cleanly. It was just a 2 person team, but they worked quickly and you could see that this was their specialty. When digging to get to the foundation, they made sure that my grass was protected from the mechanical digger and also from the dirt being dug up. <br /> The one thing to be aware is that Stable Foundation only puts in the pilers to support the foundation, but they don't repair the cracks. You need to find a brick mason on your own to do that (cosmetic work). It is there plainly stated in contract, but I just want to make sure people are aware. <br /> Overall, recommended. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Very well. They covered the hearth and our rugs all the way to the front door to protect the flooring when they rolled their equipment in. They arrived when they said they would. They cleaned all the ceramic logs in our glass fireplace, and re-stacked them. They tested to be sure that the gas fireplace would light and function properly. We would definitely use them again."

The estimate only took 20 minutes as he promised. He didn’t try to enter my house or pressure me. He gave me a price for my roof and my back sliding glass door. I got a few more estimates but decided that I was most comfortable with Mike. The roof looks amazing and I am happy I can open my back door!
