"I originally asked for a bid on taking out old fence and replacing with a new vinyl fence. The quote I got was for just the new fence. In later discussion after I had told them to go ahead I realized that they were not including the removal of the old fence. So they added an amount to cover that which was still less than other bids in total. <br /> They did great work on time as scheduled. Mark was very professional and followed up as promised. The fence looks great and seems very solid. <br /> The reason we decided to get the vinyl fence over a new block one was that a nearby tree root had grown upward and had broken up the block wall. We wanted the vinyl because it could be built with a gap at the bottom that would allow for that upward root movement. The problem is going to be that what was designed to be a three inch gap ends up being only a one inch gap where the root is. Which means we are still going to have to deal with that tree eventually. Would have been good to know that measurement before the job started. <br />"

"The first salesman we had was flaky, but he left Allied Iron. Everyone else has been very knowledgable and professional. I like the fact that you can design the door or gate the way you want, not simply select from a fixed list of models. We were able to see how everything, including the door handle is custom built. I like the fact that we were able to see our door and gate before powder coating. We requested a minor change, which they handled no problem. Installation was quick. The product is not cheap, but considering it is a custom product with high quality, it is worth it."

"Karl is very professional and precise. I hired him because he was honest in his quote. The big company quoted me less and then backed out on their quote and said they mis-measured when I wanted to hire them for their low price. At that point their quote was the same as Karl's and I was happier with the smaller guy anyway, bc I knew the guy doing the quote would also do the work and I had a good feeling about Karl. Once he scheduled the work he showed up exactly when he said he would both times. The first install he advised me on the color and explained his reasoning, but I didn't listen (and he was very polite, saying I should pick the color I wanted). On the second fence I listened and it was prettier than the first. Both the installs were very correctly done and look great, just the color on the first one isn't as good, but it's exactly what I ordered. One thing I really liked was that Karl re-worked some fence he had already gotten in when I expressed concern about dogs digging under it. I hadn't told him anything about dogs, so this was my fault, but he still put it in lower to the ground when I asked him to without any complaining. He also cleaned up his mess before he left. If I ever have more ironwork to do, I will be calling Karl again. <br />"

"- Tony was courteous when answering my range of questions and promptly mailed out wood and paint samples (high quality samples) for submitting to our HOA for approval. <br /> - Richard was prompt and professional when coming out to our home to take measurements. <br /> - The gentleman who installed our gate arrived as scheduled and took the time to do a quality installation. <br /> - My neighbors have already commented on how great our new gate looks. <br />"

"We did have a little problem with their masonry people putting the broken up concrete in an alley trash can.  The city caught them doing it and they had to come back and take it all out.  I think the fence company just hired these masonry people.  They did columns for us, the columns we had were too weak to hold the gate.  Overall, the fence and everybody that installed the fence it was excellent.  I'm going to give them an excellent, their estimator and everybody that was connected with the company, except for the, I think they learned their lesson, mason people.  I'm going to give them an excellent.  Well I had quite a few estimates from other companies and what I wanted done was custom.  So I think I got a good deal.  Responsiveness, absolutely and "A".  Except for that slight problem with the Mason people I'd give them an "A" for professionalism.  Absolutely would use them again, we are going to get two smaller gates in a couple months from them.   I went through a lot of people and estimates to find these people, to find professionals.  I'm happy with them."

"I have used Precision Door since 2006 before becoming an Angie's List member with good results. Yesterday, 7/26/2016, was the first use of this company as an Angie's List member. 3 days ago I began hearing a squeak during the final phase of garage door closing that hadn't been there before. Additionally it had been over 4 years since I last had any work done to the garage door (and it was Precision Garage who installed 2 springs at that visit) and knew things needed lubricating at minimum. I looked on Angie's List for different garage door repair vendors and saw Precision was one of them with a coupon deal for $45 tune up. I called Precision first to veryify the deal, made an apointment for a techician to come the following day and upon ending the phone call, purchased the deal and printed off the coupon. Brandon, the technician, called ahead of time that he was on his way. He was a nice, clean cut looking young man, who immediately went to work and answered my questions along the way. In no time my garage door was running quietly and efficiently once more, no small feat for a 20 year old garage door. Was very pleased once again with Precision and would recommend them for garage door needs."

"Crash of Rhinos and each of its members provided such a seamless and easy process, along with excellent work, that it was indeed a pleasure to work with them. I will use them again and have sung their praises to others already. Their attention to detail and communication was above and beyond anything that we expected. They painted the outside of our house, an interior atrium and the inside of our wall around the yard. They rebuilt our gate and front fence. They constantly checked with us for anything we were concerned about. The onsite supervisor, Jeff, was more particular about details than I am and I lean toward perfectionism.
