They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Joe is a bit of a character, but very honest and up front about what will work and what will not. Our old stairs had stucco over plywood on the sides and water had got under the stucco and rotted the plywood and the stairs. Joe advised us that if we re-did the same application, we’d end up with the same result. So, we had the stairs rebuilt and left open underneath. Then Joe repaired the stucco where the stairs met the house and added stucco to the raw block underneath the stairs. His price was very fair and he showed up the very next day to complete the job. I would definitely recommend and would hire him again should I have other stucco repairs needed."
