And we had some issues with the color of the paint not looking like the sample once applied. "Checked around with other Companies to get an estimate on a metal roof after much research on the different styles and quality. Some never returned calls others told me they were really busy because of Hurricane ( DUH really ) would get in touch with me later. So that was pretty discouraging after doing all the research myself then no one to give a Quote. This being said I called Solar Solutions, they told me they would be out to the house by the end of the week, which I was Shocked. Frank came out around 2:00 pm and got on the roof and measured and drew a blueprint and measurements of complete roof. He explained the options which we told him we wanted it done right which was Pricey but the Old saying you pay for what you get. He told us to think about it not pushy at all. He said he had another appointment that he would come back to cover the roof with Blackjack tar after the appointment which it was about 6:00 pm now. (Free of Charge even if you don't get roof done by him) We said it will be getting dark, he said that's why they have flashlights. About 8:00 pm the wife said it sounds like something on the roof, it was him. That sealed the deal for us. He said that we don't have to decided this quick. But we did and signed contract with the deposit. The roof looks Great we got the metal shake shingles by Dura-Loc the job was done by a Very Professional Crew, the neighbors said their roofs were replaced by Cowboys and ours was replaced by Craftsmen which it took 8 eight days to finish, cleaned up each night like nothing was being done here. Our Utility bills have gone down over 40 percent which is great living in Florida air conditioner runs 11 months a year. Plus the air does not struggle at all. Figuring to replace it this year but it hardly runs and does not labor at all. Insurance is cheaper by about 10 percent but the neighbors all went up 25-30 percent plus we went from 2% deductible to $500.00 deductible so I would say it probably went down 45-50%. We are Super Happy with the workmanship of the job done by the companies Great Employees. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by us."

"Today was our big day in that our unrated (because of the year of manufacture) electrically controlled hurricane shutters which covered our big front window and the big front window, along with the dilapidated window sill were to be removed and the custom made/measured hurricane three section picture window to be installed along with a new window sill. Mr. Tom Sanders/Lead Technician and Mr. Michael Williams/Technician were the installation team from Morgan Exteriors who showed up to work at the time promised. While it took me a few minutes to get them to address me by my first name Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams expertise was evident from the very beginning of their work. I knew this because Mr. Sanders first walked me through what was going to take place as per the agreed upon work order along with telling me that this work would be a two-step process. Phase I being done today (removal of the electronic hurricane shutters, the dilapidated windowsill, and the existing windows). Phase II will be accomplished next week which includes putting stucco on the window sill, replace the marble sill inside, fix the dry wall on the inside (very limited damage done during the removal process), and installation of the soffit area where the hurricane shutters were stored. Not only were Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams the consummate professionals they were friendly and very informative. Mr. Sanders took the time to show me and explain what had taken place with our existing window sill and how close we came to possibly having a real problem on our hands as well as reassuring us that the installation was not affected negatively in any manner. Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams worked well as a Team, the sounded like a Team (instead of Lead -to- Technician) in their verbal communications, stayed on task the entire time, and then cleaned up their work area so well that my wife commented on how clean they left the area inside and outside. Before leaving for the day, Mr. Sanders explained his write-up so as to ensure that Phase II will be done without any issues, gave us a copy of his write-up, explained the lifetime warranty, and then gave us an overview on the operations of the new picture window, what to watch out for in manipulating the outer windows that open and how to maintain the sliding section of the windows. Pictures were taken but the boss of the house said that we will attach Phase I and Phase II pictures upon completion of the project. "Initial inspection found rotted section caused by mounting devices of pool solar panels. Applied a sealant around all hardware to make watertight until they could get back to us to make the repair. By the way, solar company has been up there twice over the years to fix leaks in the panels and never mentioned the noticeable damage and rotting! Rotted section of roof was about 4 foot square. They cut pipes to solar panels, lifted them out of the way, cut out rotted roof section and hauled away. Replaced roof section and shingles, then remounted solar panels, waterproofed the mounts, and reconnected the pipes.

Wayne had checked the areas out a few days earlier and gave me the quickest schedule available, which was on the following Saturday. The work took about 5 hours but Wayne completed everything. The price was very good. His wife Tabitha was able to find the materials needed (aluminum, coating, etc.) at very reasonable costs which save money on the project."
