"Mr. Calvo came out to my home and thoroughly investigated the framing of the foundation, the walls, and the design plans for our kitchen renovation which included removing walls. This allowed us to provide the GC with a certified engineering plan for all necessary changes for the project to succeed and pass inspections. We received a certified carefully detailed diagram specifying the required changes. The plan drawing called for the contractor to communicate back any discrepancies. Months later the project is in process and Mr. Calvo quickly acknowledged my emailed changes and made modifications to his plan design so the GC could proceed without any delay to the project. I am very pleased with the services that Mr. Calvo and his firm, IDE, have provided."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. We had another initial estimate that were exceedingly high, and indicative of more serious repairs needed - but after talking to Joe and the team they explained the difference in how the house was constructed that led to the problems - and a straightforward way to repair that was much more cost effective than my other estimate, The job went well - it took a few days to do the repairs and some time to wait for the inspectors to come by. But the end result is great, and my floors no longer sag! They cleaned up under the crawl space and put down a new vapor barrier. I would definitely recommend, Joe and the team were responsive the whole time and kept me informed."
