"Bath Remodel The experience we had working with Keys to Do LLC, was beyond expectation. We had a concept in mind. Ina and Boggey stepped into our plan with thoughtful recommendations. They asked questions to better understand our concerns. Then they assisted our selection of everything. As they progressed with the work, they presented additional details to improve the project. From electrical to plumbing to tile work, their attention to detail surpassed my detail oriented mind. If my wife asked for something, Mr Tsetso just did it with perfection. The finished project is one that you see in a magazine. We are here to tell you, hire this friendly professional team. "

"I paid for new windows. The crew put them in backwards (water drains facing inside the house). They had to come back out and rip all the windows out, put them in correctly, and recaulk (not new windows). Several window sills were busted, not repaired. All the double windows trim buckled. Then, the caulk started to shrink, 6 windows broke (no contact from debris), and 2 windows won't lock (they do not line up right). I contacted Long Home several months ago. They sent out a contractor who investigated the issues. He concluded the windows were handled too much, and they would be replaced under warranty. Christina in the office promised to replace the windows, but nothing has happened. BEWARE. "
