Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Fort Myers, FL

"Great job by Hillary and her crew. I needed a window removed and replacement with siding that was on the second story (+30ft). Quick response with the estimate and work scheduling. The reviews reflect the quality of work, which was outstanding. They definitely work with you to ensure that the job meets customer expectations. Definitely would hire again."

"The job was so well done that you could not tell where the old siding and the new siding met."

"We had a repair that was needed on our roof, and Crigley Roofing did an outstanding job. Donald was very thorough and communicative. Highly recommend!"

""They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better."

"Ken came out from PF Constuction LLC & showed us a product. He explained that the coating once applied to the roof would make it seamless & carried a 50-year warranty. He stated it was about 1/2 the price of a new roof. My sister-in-law went ahead with the job & gave Ken 6000 to start the job. Ken also stated the debris & trees had to be removed & for Barbara to write him a check for 3000 to get that done. He said it would be better to write the check to him because he could cash it at her bank & get the job done much faster than if we wrote a check to PF Construction. Barbara gave him a check & the next day a crew of 5 men came out & cleared the tree branches from roof & picked up the debris from Hurricane Milton. He found more things that needed repair & got another 1500 for those repairs again the check written to Kenny to get what he needed & he completed those repairs. The soffits were in bad shape after the storm & age & he said he would repair them & caulk to seal them & paint them to complete the work. Barbara gave him another check to get the materials he needed. He did the wood repairs but never caulked the soffits or painted them & he just never came back to the job."

"The repair technician was fast and did a great job replacing one panel in our cage that was damaged from Hurricane Irma. We called a few screen companies, including the one that originally installed our cage. Dr. Screen had the lowest price for one panel of Super Screen. The other quotes were over twice his amount. In fact, the company that installed our screen wouldn't even come out unless the job was over $500. Dr. Screen was recommended to us, and without a doubt, we would definitely call them again."

"Jason and his crew were great. They repaired and/or replaced soffits. Painted soffits, downspouts and gutters. I have had a lot of compliments on the paint job."

"I used Total Home for a repair after meeting with a few different companies. Jason Smith was my project manager and he was knowledgeable, great with communicating before and during the repair when I had more questions, and very professional. I will be using Total Home again in the future when the time comes to replace the roof."

"They replaced all of the screening on my pool cage and replaced all of the fasteners with the Nylo-tec stuff.
Their price was good, and the reviews helped in my decision to choose this company.  I'm definitely pleased with the work they did.  They spent all day and worked late to get the job done despite the intermittent rain showers throughout the day.
They did a good job cleaning up when finished.   I sat by the pool that night during a huge thunderstorm, high winds, etc.
Their work definitely passed the test with flying colors!  Wife is very happy not to see little bugs in the pool anymore.
I can't say enough about the job they did, at a fair price.  I would definitely use them again!

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
