"Ken came out from PF Constuction LLC & showed us a product. He explained that the coating once applied to the roof would make it seamless & carried a 50-year warranty. He stated it was about 1/2 the price of a new roof. My sister-in-law went ahead with the job & gave Ken 6000 to start the job. Ken also stated the debris & trees had to be removed & for Barbara to write him a check for 3000 to get that done. He said it would be better to write the check to him because he could cash it at her bank & get the job done much faster than if we wrote a check to PF Construction. Barbara gave him a check & the next day a crew of 5 men came out & cleared the tree branches from roof & picked up the debris from Hurricane Milton. He found more things that needed repair & got another 1500 for those repairs again the check written to Kenny to get what he needed & he completed those repairs. The soffits were in bad shape after the storm & age & he said he would repair them & caulk to seal them & paint them to complete the work. Barbara gave him another check to get the materials he needed. He did the wood repairs but never caulked the soffits or painted them & he just never came back to the job."

"This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."

"They charged me quite a bit but I would prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent.  They did a good job.  The guy did great.  Their responsiveness was very good.  It was raining and so the guy couldn’t do the siding at the time.  I will use their services again in the future."

"I called Grand Improvements they came to next day gave me a fair price and fixed everything the big famous company damaged and wouldn't do. He installed a new kitchen faucet hooked everything up even fixed the problem with the dishwasher that Home Depot installers didn't do right! Very professional and knowledgeable at a fair price. If you want something done right the first time this is the company to call!"
