"Josh, Jay, Tommy and their crew were all extremely professional, conscientious and very respectful. They honestly went above and beyond and when they said "the most important thing is that you are happy with the job" they meant it. Had to tweak a few things here and there and truly aimed to please. Can't say enough good things about the philosophy of this company and their employees...you won't be disappointed. They did a total renovation of the front yard and lanai landscaping..nothing but compliments from the neighbors.."

"The deck is lovely. It was done in a timely manner and just looks so much better than I imagined. The wood railing, which I had been leery of, just looks great and solid, which the old railing definitely was not. It just makes the deck look better. Jeff & Dave were great to work with. Very pleasant and customer service oriented. I'd definitely hire them again. Irene G."

"Bill B. of Tropicana Construction did a superb job for us. He reconditioned our bathroom after it was damaged by a leak and mold. He hung new drywall, moved some pipes, installed a new vanity, hung shower doors, and just generally got the bathroom back in shape. His work was excellent. His clean-up was excellent. His customer service was excellent. His gives great value for what he charges, and his charges are clear and simple. He has a fine work ethic and was a pleasure to deal with. He even installed a room air conditioner for us while he was here. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

"The gentleman who repaired my screens was pleasant, efficient and timely. He also inspected all of the screens in both my front and rear lanais making sure they weren't in need of repair and matched the replacement materials with the existing screens.
