"My Personal experience with this company was that their staff and products were top notch! They truly delivered as promised with great work that was very competitively priced!! I found them to be an extremely honest company who stand behind their work, they explained everything in great detail and we’re very patient with my wife who had numerous questions far above the average inquiry ....which she usually does anytime we have a large fiscal expense.Several of my business associates have also used this company and are extremely pleased! My family wishes to Thank you for the awesome system, we feel so much better knowing and feeling our water is finally free of all those harsh chemicals!!!"

"Dan installed a water heater in a rental home of mine. He got a permit from the town and installed the water heater that I purchased and had delivered. I was very pleased with his work and my tenants like him too. He was on time, professional and his rates were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Dan and would absolutely use him again."

"To Whom It May Concern: My name is Gary Stepanian, I am the Chief Technology Officer for 4 companies. I also am a Master Electrician and hold the Electrical license for Caribe Incorporated, a $100M general construction company that builds 30-story, high-rise, condo towers in Orange Beach, AL. In October 2020, I met Milton Brown after we suffered $100K damage to our home due to Hurricane Sally. I hired a contractor I knew from Home Depot, who happens to live in South Florida. I hired him and his 5 man crew; Carpenter, Tiler, Plumber, Roofer, and helper. I gave them my damaged home to live in during the 3 months of major construction. The crew knocked down walls, hung doors, and replaced the drywall on every wall of our home, including the garage and garage ceiling. A major portion of the renovation was tearing out an old outdated tiled show and a large Jaccsi tub. Milton Brown broke up the cement floor and installed the underfloor plumbing for a new large glass shower and also a large walk-in tub. He also replaced all sinks and toilets in the house. Finally, we completely replaced the entire large kitchen and all the plumbing, stainless steel sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Ever since then, the entire team has been in contact. I recommend Milton Brown for his work ethic, plumbing knowledge, and honesty. If you want to get great plumbing done, at a 20% savings, I recommend Milton for the job! ary Stepanian, RCCD gary.stepanian@gmail.com 251-880-8650"

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.

FAQs for plumbing installation for a remodel or addition projects in Fort-ogden, FL

Adding bathroom plumbing to a detached garage starts with the basic line installation cost of $900 to $1,300. On top of this base expense, you'll need to budget for each fixture. A toilet costs  $250 to $550, sinks cost $150 to $800, and a shower or bathtub costs $400 to $1,900. The project will also require ventilation, moisture-resistant materials, and possibly electrical work. Remember that these costs reflect only the plumbing aspects—additional construction, finishing, and permitting expenses will apply to complete a functional bathroom space.

While certain aspects of garage renovation might be suitable for DIY enthusiasts, plumbing installation requires professional expertise. Connecting to water and sewer systems demands specialized knowledge and equipment, and improper installation can result in severe water damage, code violations, and potential health hazards. Most municipalities require permits for plumbing modifications, and these often stipulate that licensed professionals must perform work. Consider limiting your involvement to simpler tasks like painting or basic finishing work.

The timeframe for adding plumbing to a detached garage spans one to three days for the actual plumbing work. However, this represents only the active installation period. The complete project timeline must account for planning, obtaining permits (which can take weeks depending on your locality), coordinating multiple contractors if needed, and addressing any unexpected challenges that arise during installation. Weather conditions can also impact excavation and outdoor connection work.

Adding plumbing to a detached garage will likely increase your property taxes. Tax assessors consider plumbing an improvement that enhances property value and functionality. The specific tax impact varies by location and project scope. Converting a garage into living space with plumbing facilities can trigger significant reassessment in many jurisdictions. Before proceeding with your project, consult your local tax assessor's office to understand the potential tax implications and factor this ongoing expense into your decision-making process.
