"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. It the process of cleaning the grout they deposited some residue on the tile. We did not know this until the tile had dried. They came back out and went over it all again two or three weeks later. They did not charge us anything this time. They were excellent all the way through."

"They did pretty good. I guess I had a few stubborn stains that they just couldn't get up. You always want it to be totally gone. They were professional and helpful. They just didn't get out a couple of the stubborn stains that I was hoping to get out. They made some of them better, but still not totally gone. I guess some stains just don't get out, it might be helpful if they would come back and retry again, I don't know what they can do. I guess some stains just can't get out of carpet. They did go through it pretty fast, but then I pointed out some places and they would go back over it. I've used them a couple of times, there's not a lot of people that do that. I may use somebody else next time, maybe not."
