"I had A & B Fence Company install a fence with a gate about three years ago. After a hurricane and numerous storms, the gate started to sag a bit and caused damage to the hinges when opened. Instead of just replacing the hinges and shore up the posts a bit, Allen replaced the whole gate! What a testimony of standing behind your product, even years later. Over the years, the company has grown from a one-man operation, to a corporation that has over 80 years of combined experience building fences and decks as well as sidelines of arbors, Pergolas , railings, benches, retaining walls, etc. We do not provide any screened in services. "We contracted with Viking in July 2024 to install 200 feet of upscale fencing along one side of our property. The work was scheduled for August 2024. The installers arrived on the agreed date and time. Within two weeks the fence began to fail. Viking will say that this is due to: 1)Hurricane damage; and, 2)Poor materials. Neither of these claims is true. The fence was installed one month prior to hurricane Helene and upon further investigation several of the posts were installed too far apart compromising the integrity of the fence. Furthermore, the installers did not follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. Viking attempted to repair the fence a couple of times; however, the fence continued to fail. After four months Viking informed us that they will not honor their one-year warranty on installation and workmanship and that we were left to our own devices to obtain the necessary materials and engage a contractor to repair the fence - forking our even more money that this expensive fence cost us. Viking was washing their hands of the project which clearly suffered from a sub-standard installation - frankly, we are left with a mess. We have never been treated so dismissively, unprofessionally and dishonestly by a contractor."

"The quality of service we received from Able to Move & Store was outstanding. We arrived at our new home 3 weeks ago, and had reserved Able to Move to unpack our U-Box. Unfortunately, U-Haul repeatedly canceled and rescheduled the delivery of our U-Box, causing us concern that Able to Move would cancel our request because of the constantly changing date. But Keith was very understanding and kept in close touch with us to assure that Able to Move would be available promptly to unload our U-Box whenever U-Haul would get around to delivering it. The U-Box finally arrived at our driveway in the middle of the afternoon yesterday, and Keith arranged for his movers to be at our house at 9:30 a.m. this morning to unload our stuff. Under the circumstances, Able to Move’s response time was nothing short of amazing! Our two movers—Mike and Kevin—unloaded all our boxes and furniture from the U-Box, used care in moving everything into our home and placed all items in the rooms we requested. The work they did was very efficiently performed, and was outstanding. I would recommend Able to Move & Store without hesitation to any of our friends needing such type of services. Thank you."
