"DO NOT USE THIS Company I hired Modtek roofing to replace my roof on my home after Hurricane Ian. It now is leaking in my Master bedroom in my home. I was given a 25 year warranty on my roof. I am told by Liz she will let Luke know and she will get back to me. Still to date 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and no response. The make no effort to make things right or honor the warranty.
