"When I started my roofing project I contacted 4 companies. DC was 1st to respond- the day I put out my request. Leigh was excellent. We had DCs estimate/bid within an hour. The bid was affordable and responsive. I had an active leak. Only DC Roofing would be able to start within a week. Everyone else was a month or more out. With the afternoon storms, that was a non-starter. In fact DC Roofing started within 7 days. And before starting, Leigh did some patching to help us out. When the job did start, the DC team was onsite hustling from the word go. They were rained out at 1PM on day one, but still finished the complete reroof in 3 days. We were not aware that DC Roofing passed on a 3% fee to use a credit card. The information slipped through the cracks until we discussed final payment. We charged $10,000. The fee would have been an additional $300. DC Roofing split the fee with us. That was a fine customer relations move. Before the job started, Leigh came back. I made some changes in the project- heavier gauge metal and an underlay were added. The additional cost was very reasonable. The City of Titusville inspector signed off on the job. DC Roofing provided me with documentation to qualify for wind and water mitigation. My insurance company is reducing my bill as I write. We are very happy and satisfied with our new roof and the entire process. I highly recommend DC Roofing."

A section of the roof had to be removed, the problem fixed, and roof section reinstalled. After some confusion at the start regarding the roof warranty, transfer process etc, Jared stepped in to clarify and get things all squared away. He then put me in touch with Brian V in their repairs division and Brian quickly contacted me and set up an appointment. I booked the work and it was done after only a few days, and Brian sent pictures to me throughout so I could see the work unfold while I was away from the property. They even handled another repair that isn’t typically what they would do to help me out and roll it into one job. Good communication and follow through is important, as is quality work. The attention to detail was excellent and they were very neat as they completed the work. I was very pleased with them on this project."
