"We contracted Nei Brothers to give us an estimate of replacing the carpet in our entire house. Dennis was extremely knowledgable about his products. The level of service on our first visit convinced us that this was the company for us. <br /> The work was done in 2 phases to lessen the disruption to our special needs child. They made sure to have his bedroom completed and ready for him before he came home from school. The quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. The quality of the materials used far exceed our expectations. Because we had this done on two different days, the clean up between each phase was outstanding. Overall this company is one of the best service companies I have ever dealt with. <br /> I would and do recommend NEI BROTHERS to anyone in need of carpet! <br />"

"Joe, the installer, was great. He arrived on time and started work immediately. There were two layers of old vinyl flooring that had to be removed first. On the old flooring, there was an area at the base of the stairs that had a crack in the flooring, leading us to believe the subfloor would have to be replaced. When Joe took up the old flooring, he discovered the subfloor was not damaged and would not have to be replaced. The installation took one entire day, and the only break Joe took was at lunch time. The workmanship is great and the floor looks fantastic. Joe set up his table saw outside and even cleaned up that area when he was through. This is the second time we have purchased from this company. Previously, we had then replace the carpet in our living room, stairs and upstairs hallway."

(Price included installation and disposal.) The installers were GREAT!! The crew arrived on time. Took out the old carpet and padding. Installed the new carpet and padding. "Amazing! The carpet looked nearly brand new. It is at least 9 years old and maybe a few years older than that. Stains and spots were gone. Getting ready to sell our house it was important that the carpeting looked good. They saved us thousands of dollars in replacement costs, and the job was done quickly too! We were out of town and someone was supposed to unlock the door for us, but it was locked when they arrived. They waited for 20 minutes while a friend came to let them in rather than rescheduling. (Guys, sorry again about the mixup with the door being locked!) They were professional about it and still gave us the full discount.
