"Work was done very well.  The installers did a professional job and listened and followed my requests during the install (regarding some trim pieces).    Patio doors openings were a custom size which complicated issues, but Kevin McCann provided a number of options to solve the problem.  He also provided me initial quotes before we purchased the home and was patient and provided later quotes which we used after we closed on the house.  They also did some gutter and facia repair that they didn't make much money on but it sure helped me out.  I was glad they could also do this for me.  It saved me a lot of time and effort to find someone to do it.  The doors and new window look great, and I expect will last a lifetime.  Next we'll be replacing a few more windows with McCann. "

"I am extremely satisfied with the look of my new roof (Colonial Slate), the response of the sales rep (Jay K.), the installation of the new roof (no leaks!), and the cleanup after the job. I called and requested an estimate and a day later Jay was at my house (as scheduled) with shingle samples and other handouts explaining all of the material that Style Exteriors use when replacing a shingle roof. Due to a leak on in the old roof, I asked that a tarp be installed to cover the damaged area and that was done the day after we signed the agreement for the work to be done. Approximately two weeks later (we were waiting for warmer weather) my roof was replaced. The installation crew showed up about 15 minutes early and when Jay arrived to oversee the job, the tear off and replacement of the roof began. In the end, I did find a few old roofing nails, on the ground, on one side of my house, but overall the clean up was OUTSTANDING! From the call taker to the final clean up, I could not be happier with Style Exteriors and I highly recommend the company to service your roofing needs!"

"This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Any kind of work on my house is generally very stressful for me, but this was one of the exceptions. It went so well. My experience began in the showroom located close to my home where I met Brett Bialk who listened to my needs for replacement windows and showed me several different brands. I had read online that Sunrise Windows were a good value as a medium-price choice. So Brett and I agreed that those windows would serve me well. He was very courteous and patient, answering a lot of my questions and concerns. He then came out and roughly measured to provide an accurate quote. I got two other quotes and Albar's was in the middle. But I had a good feeling about using Albar and went with them. I placed my order on July 10 and was given a time frame of approximately 8 weeks. Joe, one of the installers came to the house to measure more accurately once the order was official. He was very courteous as well and quickly got the measurements he needed. As I wanted the wood trim replaced, Joe further suggested wider 3-inch trim around the new windows to cover up any unpainted exposed wall area once the old was removed. 
I was notified the second week of September that the windows were in and scheduled an installation date. It had to be rescheduled twice due to rainy weather, which of course, was understandable and could not be predicted. Finally, on September 17, two installers arrived at 8am, Joe and his assistant Martin. Once their equipment was set up outside, Martin began by carefully removing the old wood trim on the inside. They also removed aluminum trim on the outside that covered the old windows. They worked very hard and removed the old picture windows including the wood framing between them. They were extremely neat and meticulous as they worked. I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the installation and yet took such care with the details. They had to build out the window with some extra wood on the inside. They replaced the siding on the outside that could not be saved after removing the old windows. And Joe even reinstalled the flag bracket I had on the side of the windows that he had had to remove initially. I hadn't expected that at all. Joe and Martin then cleaned up all the debris and took it away. They were fabulous!
A couple of days later Derek, a painter, came out to stain the raw wood that had been used to build out the window. He made a perfect match to the woodgrain of the windows on the inside. He then came back twice more to add two coats of varnish. He was as courteous and detail-minded as Joe and Martin. I'm even happier with the windows and Albar's work than I had ever expected to be. I will be calling them again next spring to replace the remaining windows in my house with Sunrise replacement windows.
