"The initial consultation was great, very prompt, courteous and knowledgable.  <br /> There was a mess-up with the scheduling of boundary installation, so that was delayed.  <br /> We purchased the lifetime warranties on the dog collars. Our dogs are old and not very active. After a year, one collar broke and the receiver had fallen off the collar in the yard and was lost. When I called, I was told that the lifetime warranty was no good in this case because I could not provide the receiver for repair. I would have to pay the $250 (one year warranty) or $350 (lifetime warranty) to have the collar replaced!  <br /> Shame on me for not reading the fine print, I guess. But for the premium price, there should be a better warranty in place. <br />"
