"I simply can't say enough about Frank and his shop and team. My wife and I have been going to his store off and on for probably close to 20 years. We've bought multiple lamps and lighting equipment materials from him. He's repaired many of our older lamps. ALWAYS such friendly and professional experiences. We did a major bathroom and kitchen remodel and he provided guidance, expertise and a great price on lighting needs for that. One doesn't need lights/lamps every day, but over the years I keep coming back because he's so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and it's just always a great experience. I have NEVER been disappointed and simply can't imagine anyone else being so, either. Thank you, Frank, for being such a great guy and having such a great shop! This shop is truly an "old fashioned" experience in service and the whole experience - you just don't see this kind of help very much these days, and definitely not in a "big box" store. "I contacted Staples Electric via email and coordinated a date/time window to have a ceiling fan installed.  Staples was very accommodating and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of emailing them.  I work nights, so didn't want something very early and was able to get an appointment around noon, and would ultimately be dependent on how quick the technician completed the earlier jobs.  Staples gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to arriving and I had the fan unpacked and the blades assembled to speed up the install. The technician was great. He knew what he was doing and was very pleasant to work with. He layed a layer of plastic over my carpet before starting the project, which I appreciated to catch any debris from the ceiling fan rough-in. The install went quicker than expected with no issues and he was done in approximately 30 minutes.  Overall a great experience and would definitely use Staples Electric again for any electrical work. <br />"
