"I contacted White Glove for a living room and hallway flooring job. We had our entire living room redone, including flooring, two years ago. That flooring installer did not prep the floor properly. As a result, the vinyl flooring cracked. I contacted Jason and he was out promptly to look at our job and listen to our concerns. Jason not only prepped the floor properly before installing the new floor, but also addressed a few other minor issues that we had to make sure that we were totally satisfied. A great experience! "Jack's initial communication was great. We scheduled to replace my basement flooring after a water heater flooding. I bought all of the materials for the flooring. Jack had his team replace and install bamboo flooring. They did a great job with everything. In my closet, it looks like we ran out of wood. So I had to reorder one more box of wood. A week and half later, once the wood arrived and acclimated to the environment, Jack's team came back and finished the job. Overall great job."

"I couldn't imagine a better experience. I had filled out their online form that I was looking to have wood floors installed (approx 900 sq ft) and I received a call the next day with co-owner Marcelino coming over a day later. I received the quote by the third day and they started installing the floors in two weeks. The workers were prompt and courteous during the entire time and the floor looks great and left everything clean. It took one day to install the floor and two days for the stairs (one day to install and another day to stain and seal)."

"Overall, my experience was good. The end product is excellent and the process was easy and professional. I had been shopping around for wood floors for a while and really was at a point where most of the prices were in the same zone so I wanted to find a provider who could make the process easy and fast. I was able to secure a visit from the team to measure the space and provide an estimate for the work within days of calling. From there, they came back with an estimate and stayed true to their quote. I was really worried about moving furniture around but they made that part of the process worry-free and just asked that I remove the small stuff/electronics from the space. They would handle furniture moving and carpet disposal. It took about 3 weeks for the materials to arrive. They delivered the materials to let them acclimate to the environment and then based on my schedule they installed a couple weeks later. All in all, I think I contacted them mid-August and had my floors 4 weeks later.  <br /> The only hiccup in the entire experience was with the stairs. The stairs were supposed to match the wood flooring, but they ended up being several shades lighter.It was a manufacturer issue, but it was strange that nobody caught the problem before installing them. When I contacted Aimee and raised the concern, though, I have to say they were amazing. They committed to fixing the problem at no extra charge. We reordered and the materials were still not right so in the end they came out and sanded/stained to match, again at no extra charge. I was very appreciative of the team's responsiveness and customer care in that experience.  <br /> Overall, very happy with the end - product. My space was transformed and I know it added value to my home. <br />"
