"We hired Urban Oasis a few years ago to build an open pavilion and outdoor kitchen with a fireplace in our backyard. Carl was easy to work with, and ensured we were 100% happy with the results. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
