"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"My pond is the healthiest it's ever been, I don't know if it's because of backyard ponds, or whatever? But I now have baby fish about 12 of them and I am going to hire them to do my winterization. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future. My fish are not expensive, because this is a newly renovated pond. But I'm very happy with the job that they did, and I will recommend them in the future. And I will be using them very soon"

The fact that he was an Electrical Engineer allow him to address electrical issues I was having with my pool equipment rather that having to purchase a new pump or other items. "Job was done well but here's how it could have been a better experience. 1) Scheduling - had to call multiple times to get someone to schedule an appointment 2) Once job was scheduled, I could not get a specific time on when they would do the job. Just that it was going to be in the morning. I had to leave by 11AM but I did not hear from them. 3) Asked what type of seed they used, no response. I think they were overwhelmed at the time. Knowing what I know now, I would ask these questions upfront before they performed the service."
