"We've used HC Plus Flooring to re-tile our bathroom floors and shower surrounds in the past and found their work to be excellent so when the time came to install LVP flooring on our first floor and staircase, tile our powder bath and laundry room and repair our upstairs wood flooring we felt confident in working with them again. Luis and Leo were again very professional while managing the project and helpful with design ideas. They and their crew are true craftsmen. Our house flows diagonally from the dining room into the family room so we chose to install our LVP at a 45 degree angle and they knocked it out of the park. The staircase looks wonderful, the tile work is, once again, beautiful and the repair work to our wood floor is undetectable. Two weeks later and we are still in awe every time we enter our home. We could not be happier with their work."

"Sam replaced did our floors, kitchen, stairs. Quality of service was below. He installed th backsplash on the kitchen and damaged the walls and I asked him to fix it and he said he does touch ups at the very end. Painted the stairs and made a mess. Said he cleans in the end. Installed plank floors and didn?t level the concrete under it. Painted the house and missed alot of spots. In the end when he was suppose to do the details, he gave me a story about how he?s short on cash and need me to pay him the balance. I should not have done it. But I felt bad and gave it to him and never saw him again. He left a lot of little things all around the house for me to fix. I will never do business with Sam. Unprofessional and unethical. "

I had major work done on my pool, re-plastering, new tile, deck repairs, a complete overlay on the decking surrounding the pool, (house built in 1979). Max gave me exactly what I envisioned and the plaster color & new tile is beautiful! It’s a fresh new look! Gerardo, contractor who coordinated the workers for the pool activity, worked his best to add all the final touches, & Max made sure I was happy with ALL the results. Plastering the pool was an amazing thing to watch! I also had a beautiful shiny gray tile backsplash installed in my kitchen, adding the perfect touch to my existing black granite countertops, white cabinets and multi colored porcelain floors. I had such a hard time picking out my tile, but Max met at Floor and Décor and helped me arrive at my decision. I’m very happy with the final results and will be calling Max back for more updates next year! "
