"Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We recently made the mistake of contracting with A&A Pronto for an update to our stair railing. They left us with no railing or balusters on our second floor (including a 2-story entryway) for over 3 weeks after they removed the existing railing without materials to complete the job. They tried convincing us to use substandard materials to get the job done sooner. They claim to be carpenters, but apparently donâ t own a saw horse. They cut all the wood on our concrete walkway which resulted in some damage to the wood. They applied stain to the hand-rails in our lawn (on a hot windy day in direct sunlight). They didnâ t apply the stain properly so it turned out looking more like paint than stain. We had to stop the job several times for poor work and specifications of the contract not being followed. They also ruined the finish on one of our interior doors after getting oil-based stain on it. Their response to our concerns was dismissive and antagonistic. This was definitely the worst home-improvement experience weâ ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Based on our experience, you will be very disappointed if you consider A&A Pronto for any carpentry work!!!"

"My office bathroom had aging builder-grade materials. I couldn't get the dull off the sheet vinyl flooring and the scratched dingy bathtub. I hired Aventus Builders to remove the bathtub, replace the flooring, shower, lighting and paint. After submitting my deposit, I experienced unexpected delays, increased costs, and confusion about the start date and plan. With much frustration, my bathroom was finally done. And, it is stunning! There is excellence in every detail, even though the products are mid-line. From the gold, silver and glass accents to the beautiful blend of neutral, warm tones, my bathroom looks like it belongs in a high-end luxury hotel. The owner and subcontractor manager made up for the frustrating experience by apologizing and working very hard for several days straight to complete the work. Hire Aventus Builders, but proceed with caution, get the details figured out upfront, and contact the Owner with problems."

"I have had numerous people and companies out over the years for various projects but CustomHome Medic was without a doubt the best company Iâ ve worked with. First Russ came and assessed the problems . I had years of water damage under the kitchen sink and was now affecting the floor. They replaced the floor and even attended to other issues such as a water line that other companies had merely zip tied. They were very precise and attentive to every detail. They also adapted to changes in the original work order. Replacing a threshold, adding a deadbolt and moving my ceiling light-Twice ! They replaced all the doors upstairs with regular, bi-fold and sliding glass. This was a repair from a previous botched job, but Larry and Chris made sure they fit perfectly. They really have a lot of pride in their work and it shows. The final project was a tearing out and replacing a shower. Russ provided me with 3 price points to help save money and a tons of options. It is absolutely Stunning. !! I just love how beautiful it is. When I selected tile we found out it had been discontinued and Russ went above and beyond to find some just like it. Larry made sure that the giant hole in my family room from the shower water damaged was repaired to look like nothing ever happened. Larry and Chris are very skilled and great to work with. The owner Adam was onsite frequently and actually did my shower because the guys were busy with another job and he didnâ t want me to have to wait a week until they finished. Really so so glad I called them. Told my daughter about them and she is having all new flooring and kitchen remodeling done. Everyone did their absolute best to make this a well-done and stress-free experience. I Other estimates were thousands more and included work that Russ told me most likely did t need to be done. Honest and reassuring. Also had Larry and Chris remove and replace all the upstairs doors and install new glass sliders, bi- fold and regular doors that instantly updated the look in all the rooms. Again, work was started on time, completed when promised and done the right way. Unlike the previous workers I had hired. The final Project was the most involved. Tearing out and replacing the upstairs shower. Russ gave me estimates with 3 different price points to help me save money. Again, even the highest one was less than 2 other well-known restoration companies quoted me. There was such a wide selection of materials"

Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!"

There were a few minor bumps along the way, but the crew resolved each issue promptly. The crew leader Saul was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering our many questions and making sure the final product was exactly what we wanted.
