"The water heater in a rental unit that I own finally bit the dust.  My tentant didn't have hot water (obviously) so I was in a hurry to replace it.  I purchased the deal on Angie's List Thursday night hoping that i would be able to call the next day and get it done the same day.  I called Mr. Rooter first thing the next morning and they were able to schedule me for the that evening.  They arrived on time and got right to work.  They even went the extra mile and rerouted the pressure release with PEX because of the odd configuration of the utility closet.
$879 for a new water heater with installation is obviously more than it would cost me to do it myself, but it's still reasononable.  I couldn't rope someone into helping me install a new one on such short notice on a Friday night, and this was an emergency.  Mr. Rooter came through, and I have no complaints.

"The work was done the same day, very professional knowledgeable plumbers. The price seemed on the high side but the water heater and the pan under it were leaking so I needed to have work done quickly."

I was initially happy with their work. They explained all the problems with the drains and gave me an accurate estimate. They finished the work in a timely and professional manner.

The issue is that the work was done in the winter when the ground was frozen and snow covered. I have spoke to them several times in the past 3 weeks now that the ground is thawed and have been given dates they would come out and repair the groundwork. I have several holes in the yard, one being almost 3 feet deep. I have been scheduled for repairs but to date they have not been done. I'm told each time that they encountered a job that took longer than expected.

If they do the repairs I will come back and amend this review. But at this time could not recommend this company.
