"Professional service. I scheduled an appointment with a window of 4 pm - 6 pm. They called the day at 10 am and asked if they could come early because they were in the area. They were fast, professional and did a good job. I only gave them a B because it was $150 and they were here a total of 20 minutes from start to finish so I think the price is a bit steep. And this was on a house that was 15 years old and probably never had the dryer vent cleaned to my knowledge. I can tell a difference and the vent flow indicator on my dryer has finally turned off and my drying times are much shorter now."
