"Bruce is quite organized and has " the vision "  that thing that allows a person to see what something will look like when its finished and how it will function.   <br>Because of this I asked if he would do this remodel while we were on vacation for 16 days, he said he would.  I started planing this in Feb 2016 as I was to purchase everything and have it in my garage prior to him starting, except for the tile, I did pick it out and pay for it under his account.  I was able to shop for items and check with Bruce more than a few times and I have to say he is a dream to work with, he will take his time to talk to you about the choices you are making.  2 weeks prior to starting Bruce came by to look at all of the items I had purchased to make sure we had everything before he starts.  I was missing a holder for the hose of the hand held shower head, I looked one up on amazon ( a great source by the way ) sent a picture to him and got his Yes thats it prior to purchase. So we were ready.  He stopped by again the night  before we left to mark the floor and refresh his memory on all that needed to happen.  I made up a folder and had written down step by step what I wanted.  I also had some rough drawings of each wall and drew what went where.  Plus since we were on vacation from our retirement he was able to call whenever he needed to.  He called three times, mostly to talk about a decision I had made that he thought would go better another way, he would take pictures text them to me and then call to talk about it.  2 times out of three I went with is suggestion of what to do. <br>I received pictures after the pony wall was built and the rough tile put on the outside, I saw a grout line that didn't match up and let him know, he fixed that right away.  We had a couple of can lights that would not work with the dimmer, he switched them out to another can until he could get the one that he uses and then switched them again, it turned out perfectly. <br>Any touchups that I found were quickly taken care of, I have one light that has been lagging in delivery, should be in next week, and Bruce has assured me to just call and he will be here to hook it up. <br>My bathroom is exactly what I had planned and a little better because of this man and his experience and vision.  He and his son are reliable, honest, trustworthy and very hardworking guys,  and I would do it all over again in another bathroom and call Bruce every time.  How long did the bathroom take ? We got home on a Wednesday, the vanity top was installed that Friday and the glass was installed the following Friday, so just about 3 weeks to completion.  Except that one light, which is no problem. "
