Poor Communication: Ive made countless phone calls and emails, often receiving empty responses or no reply at all. The communication has been fragmented and disorganized. Unclear Solutions: Even when they identify a potential issue, they take forever to provide a solution. Technicians seem unsure, and Ive been given conflicting information. He and his crew show up on time, work diligently, are respectful, and focused, and do all the little details like caulking and matching paint. They installed a 5 unit mini-split system and totally completed in 2 days. The price was very good and he even passed on the incentive from the manufacturer.
