"Yesterday after identifying the source of our water leak as the water heater I called a plumber. Not my favorite thing to do and the thought of a new water heater was painful. Difference between expectation & reality is Bill Metzger Plumbing took the sting not only out of the call but the experience as well. The plumber Greg W. arrived a few minutes early quickly identified the problem which was not what I had expected and had it fixed in a very short period of time. His work was extremely professional, he explained everything before he did it and the water heater replacement was really a leaking pipe. He made our day and I cannot compliment him or the plumbing company enough. Wow! He even put up with my crazy dog! Great job, great employees and a great trust worthy company. Thank you!!!"

"The gas pipe repair was overpriced 770 in my opinion although it was completed without the need to follow up within the day and they did show up as they promised. The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

"Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task. This was refreshing since I sincerely expected him to vent regarding problems experienced with his other work. I seriously recommend using Anthonyâ s services if you have plumbing issues."
