"It went very well. Rob explained all of the procedures and everything went as planned. He helped all along the way with filing an insurance claim so that I just had to meet my deductible. Rob helped me pick the color and type of shingle. I am very pleased with the results. There was no damage to my landscape or property during the process. Rob was very particular about picking up any leftover debris or nails upon completion. The roof looks great!"

"We had an addition put onto our house last year. There were endless delays, the project took much longer than estimated, and the equipment brought in tore up the yard and driveway. When cutting into the house the wall to my daughters bedroom and the living room were punched through and suffered water damage, which they magnanimously painted the one wall to cover. The yard and driveway were never addressed because it “isn’t part of the contract”. Hence, the outlet pipe for the sump pump was simply run about ten feet straight out from the house, a foot above ground. Speaking of which, the sump pump is pretty much UNDER THE BEDROOM FLOOR. The final straw for me was when I requested plain ceramic light fixtures in the closet, and was given shoddy, overpriced plastic fixtures, with the excuse being that the ceramic ones weren’t available anywhere. I’m not going to say that I was lied to, but it took me all of a trip to Walmart to find them, and replace them myself. When I presented the contractor with the cheap lights, I got a guilt trip about how he was going to have to eat the cost of them. Pity. Shortly after construction, I had an unrelated plumbing problem and contacted the plumber we used, and Apex demanded a cut before I could get the work done. Said it’s how he keeps his guys “loyal”. I ended up paying an extra $80ish for precisely nothing. So here I am, some 14 months later and still finding little problems cropping up and fixing them at my expense as they do. I’m not happy, but based on previous interactions, I guess ‘happy’ just wasn’t covered in the contract. To be fair, the overall construction is satisfactory I suppose. It looks nice and doesn’t creak in the high wind that we get here. The roof and windows don’t leak and the floors are solid, but on the other hand the walls and floor are cold as **** in winter (work was completed in summer, so who knew), and the pipes and air ducts are poorly (see also: not) insulated, which I didn’t even think was a thing. Hence, the entire section is more or less an icebox after November. Apparently I didn’t know enough to protect myself in this situation. Hindsight being 20/20, I would not use this company again."

"We purchased this home about 10 months ago. Just under a year ago, All American did a full new roof installation (home seller left the receipt for us). When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). Knowing this, Brad sent a worker to make the repair (new boot and shingle sheet) even though they were NOT responsible for the inadequate install of the prior boot. We are very impressed and grateful for this unexpected level of customer service. We will do all we can to encourage people to have their roofing needs handled by Brad and All American Restoration. They do great work and at the most competitive installation prices! Thanks again Brad and All American Restoration!"

"Brent and Roof it Forward did an amazing job with working alongside my insurance company. Brent was able to help get the insurance company to pay for the roof replacement. The crew were very professional and they even upgraded my shingle at no extra cost. I'm very impressed with the workmanship. I'd recommend Brent and Roof it Forward 100%"

"Had a small window of opportunity to get my roof torn off, sheathing replaced and re-roofed before weather turned. Josh said and did what he was going to do even though I was skeptical from what other roofers were bad mouthing about AJ Roofing! The company replaced all rotten wood, upgraded ice & water felt and put in Pro-Architecural shingles. The company also re-roofed my garage, replacing the entire rotted out boards underneath the shingles! Truly remarkable transformation in two days time and before the weather changed! Haven't seen leaks but, if something was missed, I'm confident Josh and the office staff(Melanie & Abbey)will be attentive!"

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! They have so many options at great prices! If you need help repairing or updating the look of your home, you HAVE to give them a call! Thank you Blue Ladder!!!"

"Josh and his team @ JW are the BEST! He took the time to walk through the entire insurance replacement process with us step by step and made sure we were informed as to what was going on and what to expect during the process as well. I would definitely have Josh and JW Restores back to my home or my families homes for any repairs. Josh is a straight shooter, honest and dependable. A+ quality of company and workmanship!"

"This company is great. We have used them a couple of times now because of the age of our roof. They did a roof inspection for us today. Its easy to schedule. They were on time for the appointment. Will did a very thorough job with inspecting the roof. He lets us know all of our options in a timely fashion. We will definitely use this company for all of roofing needs in the future."
