"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. Competitively priced compared to two other bids."

"We needed 2 ridge vents replaced on each side of the house on the roof... the main ridge vent, at the peak, was already done a few months ago after it failed, due to poor design, which they are no longer using... which makes me realize, they are paying attention to their materials, and doing the right thing!! The job went extremely well...they actually came a day early, as a job finished up quicker than expected... they were fast and efficient... the supervisor showed me, and explained the difference, in what was up there, vs what was going up there now, since it was winter when they replaced the high peak, and we never saw it... *Let me also state, that it was Cochran that put our new roof on about 2 years prior, and the whole process with that, also went very well... and we love the roof, and have not had any issues with it!!!
