"Spokane Craftsman did such an outstanding job for us remodeling our kitchen, I am not sure where to start. Chris helped us design a new layout for our kitchen and then Phil made everything come together. Phil treated our house like it was his own. Since the house is old, he found a lot of things that needed extra care and work. All without additional charges. Phil did an incredible job in re-working our kitchen ceiling, that was a lot of 12x12 tiles and hanging lights, into a beautiful, recessed light ceiling. He also put down new flooring, corrected plumbing issues, tiled the back splash, and a lot more. Chris and Phil never rushed their work. They helped get us a great deal on our cabinets and cabinet installation, they helped with new plumbing and new wiring that was needed, and they ran the project from start to end, without us having to worry about anything at all!! I donâ t think I can fully state how satisfied we were with Spokane Craftsman. Everything they did was over and above expectations. If you are looking for someone to help in a remodel project, I really think you should consider Spokane Craftsman. Six stars, if there was such a thing!"

"They did an amazing job! I had them put a bathroom in my basement laundry room. The communication was great throughout the process. They would check in regularly and answer all my questions. "We had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great. We really love the new room, and we are more than happy to recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone needing projects done. I will recommend him to friends in the future."

"Bonney Construction exceeded my expectations at every step of the process of building my 1200 sq foot shop. Warren arranged the draftsman for the original drawing and coordinated the building permit process. Upon county issuance of the required permits, he was there for each step to hire and oversee all the subcontractors from the grading and concrete right down to the finished product. From the initial bid process, Warren presented a fair and detailed bid, and remained well within budget from start to finish. The project was completed on time as promised. Just as a side note, I was extremely impressed with Warren's attention to detail. From the quality and craftmanship of each subcontractor's work that Warren personally chose based on his experiences with these individuals, to the overall cleanness of the jobsite. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with this job. We have an incredible shop that is far better than we ever imagined it would be. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Warren Bonney Construction, but I was extremely impressed with each of the subcontractors he hired and supervised throughout the project"

"I was very happy with Sergey and his crew! This is the second project that i have used them for. The first project was building a garage and breezeway and this project was doing a lot of the finish work such as trim and painting. The garage and breezeway looked so nice when they were done. All of the detail work matched the existing home so well they looked like they had been built at the same time. You would never know that the home and the garage were built 20 years apart! Sergey was very thorough and explained all the details involved to me. His crew was always there when they said they would be and always cleaned up thoroughly each day. I definitely recommend them and will be reaching out to them for some additional work in the near future!"
