"Joshua arrived on time and was very personable. He assessed the situation very quickly. He brought all the parts and tooling to do the job the right way. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do to clear my upstairs bathroom sink and replace the p-trap. I had him change the toilet tank fill valve as well while he was there. "Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."
