"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"Very happy with the finished results on installation of 2 Jacuuzi shower upgrades at our primary residence - the Jacuzzi product is high quality - our lead contact John Cummings began with a site visit and engineeered the 2 shower cost proposals then upon acceptance helped set our dates for instllation - the install team of Tulo and Gabriel completed each shower in one day each on consecutive days and after waiting 24 hours for proper setup the showers were ready for full use"

"Jamey and crew performed professionally and did high quality work at a good price. He fit my job into his schedule and worked an extra long day to meet the MassSave installation deadline for me. The work area was clean when he left it so I didn't need to do anything. I would recommend Keith Plumbing and Heating to anyone."

"I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Integrity Bathworks and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. The quality of the work is excellent and the whole space looks brand new. They were professional, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. The transformation is amazing and the bathroom looks clean, modern, and built to last. I would definitely recommend Integrity Bathworks to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom."

"Long Baths did well installing our shower, our representative Chris Reynard was great too!"

"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. Respectfully Leslie Greeley Brewster Ma"

"Jeff and crew remodeled my master bath tub/shower. Jeff was professional and a pleasure to work with. His crew and subs were excellent and the project progressed well and met my expectations. I would use Jeff again without hesitation. I recommend him highly."

"I've used this company several times to replace Decks and patio in my house and to renovate a bathroom. From the initial visit to the finished job, everybody in this company is professional and cares about what they are doing. The guys are so great to work with. It's hard to find a contractor you can trust, and I trust these guys completely. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for anything I needed done in the house."

"Had a new Walk-In Shower installed complete with two shower heads, grab safety bars, accessories organizer shelf, and seat. This replaced the old fiber glass tub/shower unit. I still cannot get over the exceptional work performed by the two â hard workingâ installers. Everything they did, and I do mean everything was absolutely perfect!!! Great guys, professional and very helpful with any questions."
