Tom Cromer and his crew were extremely professional and responsive, and did a great job identifying the source of our leaks and fixing them. We’ve had a number of contractors attempt to fix our door deck leak, ineffectively, to the point where water infiltrated the floor and stained the ceiling of the room below. Tom was honest and straightforward, and advised us to go with extensive caulking and a few other additions to our existing deck door, rather than installing a new one and / or a storm door which would have cost considerably more. We are finally dry, despite recent heavy rains."
