He has a scaffolding and ladder, and searches your whole house for any spots where the mortar is failling. He found various holes and cracks, and repaired them all. He also noticed that my downspout was no longer properly attached to the house, and fixed that. He was also very reliable; he got back to me immediately to let me know when he would give me the estimate, and arrived on time.
