"They came in on time, on budget and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. We paid half up front an half on completion. We have a very large roof."

"They did the cool decking for us ten years ago so that when we walk around the pool, it is not hot on the feet. When they repaired it, they had to take out a brick, re-mortar and re-cool deck. They do a good job. If you are not happy with it then they will come and fix it. Plus, they are probably the only pool people in town that really care. We have not had issues since the last service was provided. What happened was that the cool decking on one spot and the bricks were coming loose so they came out and looked at it and replaced the brick, the mortar and the cool decking in one area. Everything is good now. I do not know what it should cost to do all that they did but their price seemed worth it to me."

"I was extremely satisfied with the construction work that was done. It is difficult to make a final decision on the paint component of the job as it was only one coat and had not dried, and therefore appeared a little "splotchy" and uneven. I chose to not get additional coats of paint as I will be painting the exterior of the house in the near future. He was very professional, honest, and friendly, and was excellent at answering questions and describing the solution to the problem."

"This was the best experience we have had with a contractor. The attention to detail was amazing. The owner provided us with a number of options on how to proceed and the price was extremely reasonable."
