"The initial fence removal and new fence were installed quickly and done well. We are so happy with how things came out. The gate was completed a few weeks later because they needed to wait for some parts to come in. In these times with Covid, I know supplies can be difficult to find as I had trouble buying a refrigerator a few months prior. Chad maintained communication with me to keep me updated throughout the process. When they came out to do the gate, there were a few problems initially getting everything to line up as they were using the existing poles in order to save me some money. All my concerns were addressed and they all worked hard to make it right. I would have no problem recommending Fence Pros Direct to family and friends and I would use them again."

"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"Fence looks nice and is solid but owner requirement to minimize the angle at the peak where two sections of the fence meet was missed and could have been avoided. Owner provided detailed, scale drawing but Colonial installer had only a rough diagram that a second grader could have drawn. As a result, the post where installation started was set too low resulting in a steeper pitch to this section of the fence and a portion of it needing to be buried in the ground at the other end. For more complex installations, be sure to put your requirements in writing and include your drawings in the contract to avoid the same mistake."

That included removal of an old stockade fence. They were fast efficient and a great price. There should be no hesitation to hire them they are also great guys with excellent customer service!!!"

I went with Spry fence based on prior good reviews, they are local to me, been around a long time and Ed was knowledgeable. The crew installing the fence put in long days and worked hard. They were professional and cleaned up debris after each day. The crew foreman is Ed’s son and he kept things moving and answered any questions I had. I would hire this company again."
