"Steve Hernandez, the crew leader, showed us detailed photos of the problems with our heating system flue and chimney. The former was in such bad condition he rescheduled work so he could get the job down that day! A few days later he and his crew came back to remove the badly worn chimney bricks and concrete crown and completely rebuild them. He had ordered and installed that day a custom cap.
