Repairs, re lines, coating, tear downs and complete rebuilds. We also do 5 and 6 inch seamless gutters, fascia and soffit work, chimney repairs and exterior painting. "Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing."

Greg came back on his own time and put a tarp on my bedroom skylight (no charge) until Jeremy and Isaac could install a remote-controlled room-darkening blind for me, and I could not be more pleased with the results. "Cooper Mulliss came out to look at the job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and not all pushy. He really gave me a ballpark estimate. I needed him to send me a written estimate. I told him twice. Once he was leaving I never received an estimate. They were persistent about wanting to start the job and I keep telling that I needed the written contract. I had multiple calls email and text with Copper and people in their office but I never received a written estimate. One guy said in the voicemail that he knew Copper gave me a verbal estimate so when could they get to go ahead? Plainly ignoring my request for a standard written contract. Would you commit a contractor for thousands of dollars worth without contract?. Obviously these people have no customer service skills nor do I think they really even give a damn. Highly unprofessional and just plain rude."
