"It took us over a year to find a firm willing to address the sinking drain cover in our driveway. We received bids ranging from a totally redo of the driveway to overly creative ideas. We had just about given up when I found a YouTube video that addressed a similar problem. Now I could show contractors what we needed done. So we again went online searching for a contractor. "Would highly recommend the guys from White Rabbit. They did a great job redoing the floor and storage in our garage. The initial appointment to measure and select finishes was very informative and the installers showed up right on time to get the work done, and were very pleasant and professional. Our floors look amazing compared to the old concrete we used to have, and they're so easy to keep clean now. Also really happy to have all the Monkey Bars storage units installed - all of our junk is finally up off the floor and it's much easier to get in and out of our cars. It took the installation crew just a couple of hours to get the storage installed, and about a day for the floor from start to finish."

"While Dave was great communicating when onsite, we didn't hear about the delay in start (which affected other contractor start dates we already lined up) until we reached out to him to confirm. When they began framing, the frame was too short and not where our old patio had ended. Dave gladly moved it out, but told us that this is not where our old patio ended (which it was because we took before photos and measured). The lesson here is to always review the work as they are going, as if we didn't say anything, our patio would have been too short and our deck box would not have fit under the window where it was before. I will preface the rest of this feedback by saying that I'm a firm believer in leaving someone home the way you find it and that I'm a detail-oriented person by nature. I was disappointed at how ruined our grass was afterwords. At the beginning, they told us they would lay down boards so the impact on the grass from driving on it would be minimal, however, when they left, it looked like there were never even boards laid down and we now need to invest the money to fix the lawn on the entire side of our house. I was also disappointed in the border coloring. The woman was not friendly when I went out to confirm everything with her and it ended up very sloppy (drip marks in spots, pools of color in other spots). The coloring on the side of the stairs is also very sloppy and not even. Lastly, they drilled into our siding to brace the stair frame and never even told us. While I understand that it might have been necessary, it would have been great for them to tell us about it or caulk back up the holes when they were done. For this kind of money, I think the small details matter as much as the big ones and I was not impressed from that standpoint."

The owner worked closely with us to get the patio design and placement just right and to solve a unique problem with the parking area. They do exceptional, professional work. We especially like the finishing details and aesthetic touches they provided. We are very pleased with the results on all their work and are happy to recommended them to friends.
