Russell (RJ Appliance Repair) was extremely prompt in replying to my needs and was very professional and seemed honest so I figured I would try until I had a reason to move on. Russell came out and gave me my options and I decided to get a new one which was a bit of a challenge due to space requirements. I had a new one installed and found Russell to be awesome through the whole process. He was very prompt, professional, friendly, honest and informative through the whole process. If anyone needs help with appliances, please stay local and with a family owned business and call Russell. I cannot thank him enough and rate his services very high.
