One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. "Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

This company shows up unannounced with no material, walks onto your property without ringing the front bell, CANCELS APPOINTMENTS CONTINUOSLY. I paid for ice shield and they never installed it! Prior to this incident they made a repair on my Ridge Vent that they just installed, after 4 cancellations they made a 5 minute repair a child could have made! My neighbor across the street had a new roof installed yesterday 3/ 27/ 26 i told them DO NOT USE POWER REMODELING! WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS LETTING THIER SALESMAN IN MY HOUSE. Once this is over I never want that company on my property again! BEWARE MY FRIENDS "
